Refund Policy

1. All students are required pay full fees to Australia Education Group for their services.
2. Student can apply for the full refund 1 week prior to receive offer letter.
3. 50% of the refund will be given to the Students applying 1 day prior to get their offer letter.
4. There is no refund if the Coe and offer is issued
5. There is no refund if student’s visa application is completed by Australia Education Group and ready to lodge.
6. Students are not eligible for the refund if Australia Education Group have lodge their Visa extension & TR applications.
7. Students are entitle to get full refund of health insurance if the visa is refused from the department of home affairs.
8. Full refund will be paid to the student’s account if visa refusal is happened by the delay of Australia Education Group.
